Fitness in PE

This month students are revisiting fitness components and fitness gram testing for the second time. Students will completing different tests for each of the fitness components. Students are asked to self assess and analyze their results to see continued growth from the fall to the spring! Students have done an excellent job of monitoring their fitness goals all year and fitness gram provides them with some valuable evidence to see their progress.
