Middle school students are finishing up their fitness unit. Today they had a chance to work on all four fitness components in a circuit style training.
The Physical Education Department and their students have been spending the fall working on endurance and perseverance. The physically literate student recognizes the value of physical activity for health, challenge, enjoyment and/or social interaction.
Middle School students have been working hard these past few weeks to complete fitness gram testing. Today they had the chance to get outside and improve upon their fitness in a fun way!
